Garden Notes

Painted Daisy
As the last week of Spring comes to a close and Fathers Day is just around the corner, it seems like the days are just flying by and there is no time for much of anything.
There is always overwhelming excitement in the garden. The flowers and veggies are coming and going.
Every day now there is Radishes, Onions and Lettuce.
Harvesting the Herbs should be started any time now.
This year, compared to notes from last year, it seems everything is one or two weeks ahead from last year. Interesting enough.

Weeding And Planting in the Garden

Usually the Danger of Frost has passed by this date.

The radishes, lettuce and onions were planted at the beginning of May. They are fine for cooler spring weather planting.
Pumpkins, cucumbers, peas, sunflowers and corn should be planted this week.
The tomato and cherry tomato seedlings are planted now. They are started indoors as early as February.
