A light thunder storm brings out the new Roses, Grape Blossoms and the High Bush Cranberry tree is blooming but not like last year.

Highbush Cranberries in the Snow

The chokecherries are gone, plums, apples are all gone. The thing is, the Highbush Cranberry when ripened and dried up like a raisin can make the birds drunk. When the Catbird comes back in the spring he perches up on top of the bare chokecherry tree and sings the most amazing songs!
