My Modified Glazed Acorn Squash Wedges + Original Recipe Link

Click here for the Glazed Acorn Squash recipe This recipe makes "rings" but I chose to make them into wedges. Instead of using cardamom you can replace it with equal parts cinnamon and nutmeg. Also, instead of maple syrup you can substitute brown sugar. I also used tinfoil instead of parchment paper. One or two wedges did stick slightly to the tinfoil but browned well as tinfoil hold the heat better.
